Privacy

Last updated 1 October 2026

This site has no accounts, no login, no comments and no newsletter. There is nothing to sign up for, so there is almost nothing to collect.

Cookies

We set none for tracking or advertising. That is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to. Your browser keeps two things locally: the light or dark setting if you switch it, and the player's queue (the episodes you added, where you stopped in each, which one is playing and the playback speed), so your queue survives a reload. Neither ever leaves your device and we cannot read them; clearing this site's data in your browser removes both.

Visitor statistics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not build a profile of you or follow you across sites. It tells us how many people opened a page, roughly where in the world they were, and which page sent them. It does not tell us who you are.

When a page becomes visible, we store only its path and design variant. We do not store a cookie, account, referrer, free text, visitor ID, IP address or user agent with that event, so this measures pageviews and clicks per page, not unique visitors or sessions.

We also record when the chooser becomes visible and four interactions with the recommendations: selecting a recommendation, opening the full list, selecting a list item, and using the guest filter. We do not store an IP address or user agent with these events.

When you first start an episode during a page visit, we record the episode and show from our catalogue. We do not record listening time, playback position, an IP address or a user agent.

Outgoing commercial links

Links that begin with titusretro.com/go/ pass through our own redirect. When one is used we record which partner was chosen, the country the request came from, and which page the click started on. We do not record your IP address, your browser, or any identifier that could point back to you.

Once you land on the other site you are their visitor, under their privacy policy, and they may set their own cookies. Amazon, Bookshop and streaming services all do.

Server logs

The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes requests and keeps short-lived operational logs for security and abuse prevention, as any host does. We do not export, enrich or combine those with anything else.

What we never do

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask what we hold about you. The honest answer is that we hold nothing that identifies you, so there is nothing to hand over, correct or delete. If you want to check that for yourself, write to [email protected].
